So, I was curious about why people are going crazy about this phone. As a tech enthusiast, I have decided to test this device. After testing this Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G, I was surprised to see its offerings. I have decided to share my opinion about the Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G. So without further ado, let’s see more details about this new phone from Infinix.

Design and Build Quality of Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G:

Design and Build Quality of Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G:

The Infinix Note 40 Pro stands out because of its premium design. It looks and feels high-quality and is lightweight, so it’s easy to carry around. Even though it has a big camera on the back, the weight is balanced well. The front camera is in a small hole in the screen. It feels premium in hand, and I am very satisfied with its feel. It’s protected by strong glass on the front and back, which is great for preventing scratches and cracks. The back of the phone has a nice vegan leather finish and gold frames, making it look even better. The phone is built well, so you don’t have to worry too much about accidentally dropping it. And if you’re worried, it comes with a case in the box for extra protection, although it’s not a regular case you might expect.

Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus Display:

Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus Display:

The Note 40 Pro Plus offers a big 6.78-inch touchscreen display that’s super smooth. The reason behind this is that it offers a 120 Hz refresh rate. The resolution is sharp at 2436×1080 pixels (FHD+), and it’s tough enough to handle everyday use with strong 5th-generation Corning Gorilla Glass. It’s known for its vibrant colours and sharp details, making everything look stunning. But the unique thing about the display is the curved AMOLED panel adds depth to your viewing experience, which gives you deep blacks and vivid visuals that pull you in. The display gives you almost no bezels, so you’re getting a lot of screens without any distractions. The brightness can go up to 1300 nits, making it easy to see the screen in most situations. However, it might struggle in direct sunlight, and sometimes accidental touches happen more often on the curved display.

Battery and charging:

Battery and charging: Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G

The Infinix Note 40 Pro  Plus has a 4,600mAh battery that supports super-fast 100W charging. This means you can quickly top up your battery when running low, quickly getting you back to full power. To ensure your battery lasts longer and is managed well, the phone has an X1 Cheetah chip built in. This helps improve battery life and how the power is managed so you can use your phone without worrying too much about running out of juice.

Different charging modes are also available to suit your needs. If you prefer wireless charging, the Note 40 Pro+ supports 20W wireless MagCharge, making it easy to charge without plugging in any cables.

Camera:

This is the section where I think Infinix Note 40 Pro Plus 5G  performs the best. The phone comes equipped with a powerful triple camera setup on the rear. It includes a high-resolution 108-megapixel main camera and two additional 2-megapixel cameras for depth sensing and other features. This setup allows you to capture detailed and stunning photos in various situations. The phone features a single front camera with a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies, ensuring that your self-portraits are clear and sharp. The back camera setup also boasts features like PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus), OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), and HD video recording capabilities, providing versatile photography and videography options.

Price and launch date:

This phone’s price is under 400 dollars, making it an affordable mid-range smartphone with many features. It was launched recently, on March 19, 2024.

Conclusion:

Overall this is a pretty good phone after testing it for a while. I suggest this phone to those with a lower budget but want a premium feel of flagship smartphones.
